A husband-and-wife team, a small group of photographers in ten cities, and one idea: nobody should come home from a trip without a single good photo of the two of them.

We started photographing couples on our own travels, mostly because we kept coming home with four hundred phone photos and not one good one of the two of us. Friends asked us to do the same for them. Then friends of friends. Eight years and a few thousand couples later, it is our whole job.
Most of the people we photograph have never done a professional shoot and arrive a little stiff. That part is on us. We plan the route, pick the hour when the light is kind, and tell you where to stand and what to do with your hands. Ten minutes in, you forget about the camera.
We shoot Lisbon ourselves and fly out for weddings. In London, and in eight other cities, sessions are led by photographers we work with regularly, who shoot the way we do and follow the same plan. You get the same route, the same guidance and the same edit.

How we work
A route, not a location
One hour is three or four backdrops within walking distance, in the order the light favours. We send the plan before you arrive, with a meeting point and what to wear.
We lead, you don’t pose
You will not be asked to “act natural”. You get small, specific things to do, and the photos happen in between. That is why couples who hate being photographed come back.
An honest edit
Natural colour, real skin, no heavy filters that date in a year. The photos should still look like you in ten years, on a wall, not just in a feed.
Your photographer in London
Someone who knows which side of the bridge is empty at eight.
London sessions are shot by a photographer from our team who lives in the city and works with us on a regular basis. They follow the same route planning and the same way of guiding you, and the editing is done in one style across all our cities.
Before you pay a deposit, we send you their recent galleries. If the style is not what you expected, you have lost nothing.
